Places: your cameras and mics on any computer

Set up your devices once per place; flint finds them again by name.

Cameras and mics are remembered by name as well as by the computer's own id, so on another computer flint finds "Logitech BRIO" again by itself. When it can't, it asks New place?: pick what to use here and name the place (Home, Studio, Laptop) or choose one you made before. flint remembers which place each computer is, so it doesn't ask again.
