Something on every scene (downstream keyer)

A logo, a webcam frame or alerts that stay put while you switch scenes.

Make a scene with what should always show (a logo, a frame, your alerts). Then in the Scenes panel, select it, open Scene options (the cog under the list) and turn on Shown on top of every scene.

It's drawn over whatever is live, and stays still through transitions. Its sound is heard too. A control can turn it on and off ("scene on top" action).
