Stream to several places, and stream delay
Also send the stream elsewhere at the same time; or run it a few seconds behind.
Settings › Stream › Also stream to adds more destinations (another Twitch channel, or any WHIP service). They start and stop with Go live, and each reconnects on its own. Each one is another upload of the whole stream, so check your upload speed has room.
Stream delay (1 to 120 seconds) makes the stream run that far behind, so nobody can use it to see where you are in a game. Recordings and the replay buffer aren't delayed.
