Chat games: marble race, battle royale, boss fight
Games your chat plays on stream: everyone who types !play is in.
Sources › + › Chat game puts a game on stream that your chat plays. Pick one in its properties:
- Marble race: everyone who types !play becomes a marble with their name, waiting behind a gate. When the lobby closes the gate opens and they tumble down a new course every time: ramps, peg fields, spinners and funnels. The camera follows the leader, the top five are listed, and the first over the line wins.
- Battle royale: everyone who joins is dropped into an arena; the zone shrinks, the storm takes anyone outside it, and the kill feed calls every elimination until one is left.
- Boss fight: no lobby; anyone typing !attack hits the boss (once every 3 seconds each). Bits, subs, gifted subs and raids hit much harder. Beat it before the time runs out; the top damage dealers are shown.
Running one: Open the lobby in its properties (or a control: Studio › Controls › Chat game: open / start / end, on a key, a Stream Deck button or a chat command for your mods). The lobby closes by itself after its time (or press Start now). Try it with pretend players fills it with made-up names, so you can see it before you go live.
- Say the winner in chat posts the result as you (signed in to Twitch).
- Subscribers only keeps it to your subs.
- Change the join and attack words, the title, the font and colours. The marble race is a tall panel (it suits the side of a gaming layout); the others are wider.
- The winner stays on screen for 20 seconds, then it clears itself.
