What to pick in the browser's picker, and how to get the game's sound.

- A game or an app: just that window, so notifications stay private. Run games windowed or borderless: some show black in exclusive full screen.
- A whole screen: everything on it. On Windows, tick Also share system audio in the picker to send your computer's sound (flint leaves its own sound out, so there's no echo).
- A browser tab: a website or video, with its sound (keep Also share tab audio ticked).
Browsers can't take a single window's sound, and macOS can't share the computer's sound at all: use a whole screen (Windows), or a virtual audio device added as a microphone. Sharing needs a click each time you open flint: press Share on the stage.
