Control panels: your phone, your mods, a co-host
Links (QR codes) to big-button panels on a phone, each allowed only what you choose.
Studio › Control panels. Add one from a starting point (Me: everything; Mods; Producer; Co-host: nothing until you tick it), then send its link or show its QR code.
Who can use it: anyone with the link, or people who sign in with Twitch and are your mods, VIPs or subscribers, or that you name. Their sign-in only shares who they are; flint checks it with Twitch and your channel, and doesn't keep it. (Checking mods and VIPs needs you signed in with Twitch here; flint asks for the extra permission.)
What it can do, for each: switch to scenes (all, some or none), mute and set volume, show and hide things in the live scene, filters (background blur/removal, green screen, blur, brightness, colour), run your controls, studio mode, go live, record, save replays.
Everything people do is in the Activity list, with who did it. Turn a panel off to stop it at once; New link cuts everyone off the old one.
