Backup and your other devices

Keep your scenes safe and use them on another computer, with a code or a passkey.

Everything is saved in this browser as you go. Backup also keeps an encrypted copy on flint's server, so you can restore it, or open the same scenes on another computer.

• Turn it on with the cloud button in the top bar. You get a backup code: that code is the only key. flint can't read your backup and can't recover a lost code.
• Save the code in a passkey (your phone, password manager or computer's fingerprint/face unlock), download it as a file, or both.
• On another device: Restore (the welcome screen or the backup button), with the passkey or the code. Both devices then stay in step.

Pictures and videos you've added are backed up too (encrypted), so they appear on the other device.
